"Ham, egg and chips" Ham hock terrine, pressed chip, malt vinegar hollandaise

Roasted carrot hummus, carrot top pesto, curried peanuts, sourdough cracker
3rd course
Pollock, cep crepe, parsley mousse, bergamot
4th course
Rigatoni, wagyu beef, fermented chilli, leeks, guanciale, goats curd
5th course
Mars bar delice, Iron Bru sorbet, caramel sauce
To finish, choose from a selection of Iford Manor Teas or locally roasted Dusty Ape Coffee, accompanied by homemade petit fours
A list of accompanying wines by the glass or bottle will be available on the night (separately charged).
Supper club timings
19:30 - arrive after this time and be greeted with a welcome drink;
20:00 - food served; and
c. 22:30 - finish
Please note, no refunds will be given except where the event has to be cancelled or postponed by us, or where we have been able to resell your tickets to the waiting list if you have told us in advance that you cannot attend. This includes for self-isolation reasons.
