Taking place in our restaurant, this small, hands-on masterclass is perfect for those already familiar with sourdough baking.
Take your skills to the next level and learn how to make sourdough breakfast pastries and other delicious treats to serve at your table under the tutelage of award-winning Head Chef Matthew Briddon.
The day includes refreshments, a delicious lunch in Iford Manor Kitchen’s restaurant and all materials and ingredients required for the course.
You will learn how to:
- make, shape and bake Iford croissants;
- make, shape and bake Iford Danishes (including how to make the cream cheese);
- make, shape and bake Iford Nutella swirls;
- make, shape and bake Iford laminated Suisse; and
- Tips and tricks for kneading, shaping, scoring and baking.
Take home with you:
- Iford sourdough starter for you to use and look after at home;
- Recipes for the above; and
- anything you have made on the day.
