Asparagus, cured ham, 62c egg, hollandaise split with chive oil, watercress
2nd course
Roast cauliflower, dukkha, smoked broccoli puree, pickled celery
3rd course
Smoked trout, peas and lettuce, trout roe, brown butter
4th course
Slow braised shin of beef, triple cooked chips, watercress- shallot salad, bearnaise
5th course
Caramelized milk, malted cornflakes, cereal milk ice cream
To finish
Choose from a selection of Iford Manor Teas or locally roasted Dusty Ape Coffee, accompanied by homemade petit fours
A list of accompanying wines by the glass or bottle will be available on the night (separately charged).
Supper club timings
19:30 - arrive after this time and be greeted with a welcome drink;
20:00 - food served; and
c. 22:30 - finish
Please note, no refunds will be given except where the event has to be cancelled or postponed by us, or where we have been able to resell your tickets to the waiting list if you have told us in advance that you cannot attend. This includes for self-isolation reasons.
