Riso al salto, crispy saffron risotto, rocket, peas, spring onion chimichurri

Salmon brioche, watercress puree, smoked salmon velouté, salmon roe
4th course
BBQ pheasant-Wiltshire pork gallotine, crusted jersey royals, asparagus-parsley and pea broth
5th course
Pineapple-lime financier, cognac glazed pineapple, coconut sorbet, dark chocolate

Choose from a selection of Iford Manor Teas or locally roasted Dusty Ape Coffee, accompanied by homemade petit fours
A list of accompanying wines by the glass or bottle will be available on the night (separately charged).

19:30 - arrive after this time and be greeted with a welcome drink;
20:00 - food served; and
c. 22:30 - finish
Please note, no refunds will be given except where the event has to be cancelled or postponed by us, or where we have been able to resell your tickets to the waiting list if you have told us in advance that you cannot attend. This includes for self-isolation reasons.
