BBQ Cornish mussels, smashed cucumber salad, corn puree, soya jus

Wood roasted suckling pig, cauliflower puree, crumbed black pudding, runner bean salsa, apple jus
5th course
Entremets of cookie and cream, candied strawberries, chocolate granola, honey syrup

A list of accompanying wines by the glass or bottle will be available on the night (separately charged).
Supper club timings
18:45 - arrive after this time and be greeted with a welcome drink;
19:30 - food served; and
c. 22:00 - finish
Please note, no refunds will be given except where the event has to be cancelled or postponed by us, or where we have been able to resell your tickets to the waiting list if you have told us in advance that you cannot attend. This includes for self-isolation reasons.
