Chicken and duck pate en croute, Cumberland sauce, pickled mushrooms

Parisian cauliflower gnocchi, ragout with peas, mangetout and courgette, burnt carrot puree
3rd course
Skewered prawn wrapped in nori cooked over charcoal with a salad of runner beans, samphire and sorrel
4th course
Creedy Carver duck breast cooked on bertha, French beans, potato rosti with dandelion-redcurrant jus, duck liver pate
5th course
Cherry genoise, roasted vanilla shortbread, plum stone ice cream, strawberry sweet balsamic
To finish
Choose from a selection of Iford Manor Teas or locally roasted Dusty Ape Coffee, accompanied by homemade petits fours
A list of accompanying wines by the glass or bottle will be available on the night (separately charged).

18:45 - arrive after this time and be greeted with a welcome drink;
19:30 - food served; and
c. 22:00 - finish
Please note, no refunds will be given except where the event has to be cancelled or postponed by us, or where we have been able to resell your tickets to the waiting list if you have told us in advance that you cannot attend. This includes for self-isolation reasons.
