Have you always wanted to make your own pasta?! Taking place in our restaurant, this small, hands-on masterclass is perfect for anyone interested in learning to make their own pasta, and sources from scratch.
The day will consist of a demo with head chef Matthew Briddon you will be teach how to make, shape, stuff and cut fresh pasta with a selection of sauces and garnishes to go with.
The course shows you how to make 12 different fresh pasta shapes including Pappardelle, Raviolis, Fettuccine, Pici, and a selection of pesto’s to compliment.
The day includes refreshments, a delicious 2 course lunch in Iford Manor Kitchen’s restaurant, and all materials and ingredients required for the course.
Timings:
09:30 - arrival, hot drinks and pastries
10:00 - Masterclass starts
12:45 - 2 course lunch in Iford Manor Kitchen
13:45 - Masterclass resumes, followed by Q&A
17:00 - Finish
