Walled Garden at Iford
Book onto a behind the scenes tour to visit our private walled garden at Iford.
Hidden away across the road, our 1.5 acre walled garden is home to our:
- vegetable garden (supplying Iford Manor Café & Kitchen)
- cutting garden (supplying the flowers for our restaurant tables and in Rowley Cottage)
- glasshouses, where we propagate all of the plants for the garden. We prefer to grow our own wherever possible. Any surplus is sold off in the Café courtyard, or in one of our plant sales.
- Elizabeth Cartwright-Hignett’s topiary, shell house, puzzle garden and other artistic sculptures created and made by her.
