Roasted and glazed with honey, this delicious Iford ham is perfect to enjoy during the festive season.

Wrapped in a vacuum pack for freshness and to seal in the juices.
Available as a half ham (min 2kg) or whole ham (min 4kg)
To serve:
To serve cold, bring first to room temperature to allow glaze to soften.
To serve hot, remove from bag, place in a baking tray filled with 100-150ml of water or stock, cover with foil and heat until warmed through at 190 (electric) or 180 (fan). Remove foil and continue to heat for a further 10 minutes to allow the glaze to caramelise.

Use by:
If seal remains unbroken, the ham will stay fresh for 10 days from collection.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 4 days.
Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
