Perfect for sharing, this sausage and bacon log, wrapped in a savoury herb pancake, duxelles and puff pastry, is a delicious treat, especially when dipped into our House Chutney.
The ideal accompaniment to your festive table, or a Boxing Day centrepiece. Made in-house by our chefs it will be the talking point of your dinner table. Let the Christmas feasting commence!
Serves 6 - 8 people
Cooking instructions:
- pre-heat oven to 195c (electric)/ 185c (fan)
- remove from all packaging and place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven
- cook for 35-45 minutes until piping hot and cooked through

Sausage Meat (75%) (UK Pork (min 90%), Onions, Celery, Herbs), Smoked Bacon (Pork 97%, Salt, Preservative), flour (Gluten), Butter (Dairy), Egg.
