Rich in flavour, 6 sausages made with Iford Estate’s grass-fed beef and lamb, wrapped in smoked bacon. Let us provide this key part of your traditional Christmas dinner.
Pack of 6, each sausage is c. 4 inches long.
Cooking instructions: Pre heat oven to 195c (electric)/ 185c (fan). Place on a greased tray in the middle of the oven and cook for 25-35 minutes. Ensure the sausages are piping hot and cooked through before serving.
Ingredients: Estate Beef (40%), Estate Lamb (40%), Onion, Celery, Mustard (Water, Mustard Flour, Sugar, Salt, Wheat Flour (Gluten), Turmeric, Citric Acid), Smoked Bacon (Pork 97%, Salt, Sulphites).
