Old-fashioned Figgy Pudding
Made with real figs, this delicious Figgy Pudding is the perfect way to round-off your Christmas dinner.
c. 900g per pudding, serves 4 to 6 people

Cooking instructions:
Take a deep heavy bottomed pan and place an inverted saucer inside. Keeping the figgy pudding in its muslin, place it on top of the saucer and then fill the pan with water to half way up the pudding. Cover with foil or a lid and place on the heat. Bring to the boil and cook on a medium heat for 20 - 30 minutes, topping up the water as required so as not to boil dry. When the pudding is hot and moist, remove from the pan, unwrap it and enjoy.
